ARMS

Ok, before everyone starts having a fit, I suggest you read one of Mr. McRoberts training courses on how to build huge arms.  Basically, you build huge arms, by building all around muscle mass, and not by doing curls or tricep extensions ad nauseum.  There is no way that your arms are going to remain the same size if you increase your bench press and lat pulldowns by 100 lbs. each.  Once you have the size, then go ahead and do the finishing movements..but until then....don't waste your time....
